Yoga Class Descriptions
Mondays 9:30 am and 4 pm. Wednesdays 5:30 pm. Fridays 8:45 am
A flow style class done at a moderate to brisk pace. Expect sun salutations, strength building poses, deep stretching and twists. While this class can be challenging, beginner's who are in good shape can jump right in.
Mondays, 5:30-8 pm.
This program is suitable for anyone who has had a steady yoga practice of at least a year. The first 90 minutes is an asana (postural) practice that is a bit more challenging than regular classes. The last hour is lecture and practice of yoga philosophy, meditation and chakras. Tell me more.
Tuesdays, 5-6:15 pm.
Work your way to a powerful upper body and core with this vinyasa style flow class. Edna typically includes movements connected with the flow of breath. Each session is unique, but may include sun salutations, standing postures, twists, forward bends, with stretching and relaxation at the end.
Tuesdays, 6:30-7:45 pm.
Flow through some gentle stretches and renew your mind and body with traditional restorative poses. No yoga experience needed. You will be guided into a handful of postures with full support from various props. The slow pace allows time to reflect and relax.
Thursdays, 4:30-5:45 pm.
For beginners and those who have done some yoga. Sequences include basic poses and simple flows. Postures are broken down into their basic elements with a focus on safe alignment. This class may appeal to anyone who wants a more grounded practice.
Thursdays, 6-7:15 pm.
6 week series. Starts 12/6.
For the average yoga student, their fingers may not reach their toes — and that is perfectly fine. Discover what yoga is all about. Practice poses and breathing techniques. Have fun in a relaxed setting.

Saturdays, 8:45-10 am.
Challenge and open your body, mind and spirit as you flow from pose to pose. Mary provides clear alignment direction with flow and breath work to form a well balanced class. She also sets an intention and weaves a reflective reading or song into the flow so all aspects of a yoga practice can be reached.
Sundays 9:30-10:45 am.
This flow style class is done at a gentle to moderate pace. Sequences include basic postures and simple flows. This class is for all levels. Instructions in each pose allow for deeper variations with experience. Ending with a guided relaxation.
#1 - the earth element symbol represents practice sessions that are very basic, gentle and slow paced. Great for beginners.
#2 - the water element icon indicates a class that may be moderately challenging and move at a quicker pace. Some experience is helpful. Beginners who are in good physical shape are welcome.
#3 - the space (ether) element logo means that the asana practice may move quickly and contain more dificult poses. Some yoga experience is required.
These symbols are meant to be used as a guide. Remember to always listen to your own body and adapt poses when you need to regardless of the class level, smile to your inner self and have fun.
